24 / 7 / 365 Single Point of Contact, offering enhanced customer service on all aspects of your communications . All our customers have unlimited access to this service and our qualified team are on hand to resolve incidents and help with any enquiries.
First class account management to ensure that your expectations are not just met, but exceeded with the service, support and communications infrastructure that your organisation has invested in. Our Account Managers will meet with you regularly to discuss any challenges and new developments.
Remote Response: Within your agreed Service Level Agreement, you will have access to a qualified Helpdesk Engineer who will try to resolve your issues, moves, adds and changes remotely. If required, replacement parts can be dispatched directly to you and on site resource booked in.
On-Site Response: The correctly qualified Engineer will be allocated to rectify faults through on site testing. All hardware and software upgrades can be completed and, if necessary, escalation to manufacturer support will be actioned and managed.
